Jillian moved to Sarasota, FL from New England back in 2006. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors in Communication accompanying a double minors in Advertising and Marketing in Fort Myers, Florida. She is a member of the Sarasota-Manatee Board of Realtors an affiliate at the Naples Area Board of Realtors.

     After two years as a sales associate, she obtained her brokers license in 2019 and has been surrounded by the business and critical practices of real estate for over a decade. Jillian watches the market every day to analyze prices, assess value, and find individuals the most effective strategies to help buy or sell in the current markert climate. She is prompt to answer your calls or texts and caters to individual needs, because in reality no transaction is same. She adjusts accordingly to create a smooth transaction and keeps everyone on the same page. Communication is key!

     When Jillian gets spare time, she likes to soak in the sun on Siesta Key, take jet skis out, and wakeboard on occasion. She enjoys cooking Italian food and finding new restaurants in the Sarasota area. She also enjoys running the Ringling Bridge and exploring state parks. Jillian is living life to the fullest and loves being able to help families, friends, and individuals get into their dream homes so they can enjoy the area as much as she does!
